Booking Policy 

In-Studio Services:

All services require a credit card on file per the Cancellation Policy

Onsite/Strip Services: 

All services will require a 30% non-refundable deposit as well as a card on file per Cancellation Policy 

 

Cancellation Policy 

In-Studio Services

First Time Clients: Service must be cancelled 24 hrs prior to your appointment start time to receive a refund on your deposit.

If cancelled after the 24 hrs deadline your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged the remaining balance

(A total of 100% of the service cost) 

Existing Clients: A 24 hr notice of cancellation is required through the app (text and voicemail will not be accepted as cancellation notices, no exceptions).

Cancellations after the 24 hr deadline will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost

Onsite/Strip Services: 

All Clients; Service must be cancelled 48 hrs prior to start time to avoid 100% service charge. 

All deposits will be forfeited if appointment is cancelled,

no exceptions 

NO SHOW 

Any no show client will be charged 100% of the service cost and placed on a banned client list. No exceptions. 

 

Communication is key, I value your time and ask that in return.
